How we work

Every file is assigned to one consultant, from the first assessment call to the day a decision arrives. That person reads every document, writes every letter, and is the one you talk to when something changes — not a rotating queue of case handlers.

We turn down files we don't think will succeed. An honest "you're not eligible yet, and here's what would change that" costs us a retainer in the short term and saves you a refusal on your record, which is a worse outcome for everyone except us.

Where we sit

We're based in Ottawa's National Capital Region, close to where federal immigration policy is actually written. That proximity means we watch IRCC processing changes and Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program draws as they're announced, rather than reading about them secondhand weeks later.

What we don't do

• We don't guarantee outcomes. No one honestly can — only an IRCC or OINP officer decides an application.
• We don't take a retainer for a file we don't believe is eligible.
• We don't submit a document we haven't personally verified.
• We don't practice law. Where a matter needs a lawyer — an appeal, judicial review, or a complex legal question — we refer you to one and say so plainly.
