Most refusals trace back to something skipped in the first two stages, long before an officer ever opens the file. This is the order we work in.
Assessment
We go through age, education, language scores, work history and family ties against every stream you could realistically qualify for — federal and Ontario — not just the one you asked about.
Documentation
ECA, IELTS or CELPIP, proof of funds, employment reference letters written to IRCC's exact wording. Weak spots get fixed before filing, not explained away after a refusal.
Submission
Forms, submission letter and evidence go in as one consistent record, with your consultant named as your representative of record on file.
Processing
Biometrics, medicals, additional document requests and procedural fairness letters — answered on deadline, with you told what's happening and why.
Landing
